Terms and Conditions
“WITCH WAY AUSTRALIA” refers to “Stall Holder” as the Company and or person named on the Booking Form including its owners, employees and representatives.
These terms and conditions serve as a legal binding agreement between the Stall Holder and WITCH WAY AUSTRALIA and may not be changed except by written agreement between both parties, Businesses will not be able to exhibit unless they have read, understood and signed these terms and conditions.
By signing the Stall Holder Application Form you confirm that:
- The Stall Holder has agreed to attend WITCH WAY AUSTRALIA Market Day and to display relevant information about their products and services in their allocated stall area
- To confirm your participation as a Stall Holder, the Application Form must be signed which constitutes a signed contract and agreement with all the terms and conditions of the Organisers, and a copy of your business current Public Liability Insurance, and if applicable Product Liability Insurance, Food Preparation and Food Service Certificates, are received.
- Your Company/Business/Product/Personal Name may be included in any promotional material or initiatives used by WITCH WAY AUSTRALIA to promote Market Day once your application has been confirmed.
- You and your Company/Business/Person agrees to allow WITCH WAY AUSTRALIA MARKET DAY to use photographs/video taken of you and/or your business during the promotional period before, during and after Market dates for all publicity purposes including promotional flyers, news articles, websites, newsletters, social media pages or profiles, and magazines.
- Stall holders will abide by bump in procedure and not pull down before close at 3pm
- The Stall Holder will be provided with an allocated space, Stall Holders products, display material including banners, brochures and other promotional material must remain within the confines of their allocated area.
- The Stall Holder must keep their allocated area in a clean and tidy fashion at all times.
- Stall Holders must remove ALL rubbish and waste including leftover promotional material and leave their site in a neat and tidy condition.
- Under no circumstances shall WITCH WAY AUSTRALIA Organisers, Sponsors, Supporters be held liable for damage to property, injury to any person, financial loss or legal damages directly or indirectly arising out of Market Day.
The Stall Holder shall indemnify and keep indemnified Witch Way Australia against all costs, damages, claims or proceedings. - WITCH WAY AUSTRALIA will not be held responsible or liable whatsoever for damages to an exhibit by loss, damage, fire water, storms, strikes, riots or any other cause whatsoever.
- Sites are UNPOWERED unless otherwise arranged or generator use by discussion.
